Our rods are crafted to exceed your expectations, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order - as long as the product is returned undamaged and in new condition.
Life Time Warranty:
SF fly rod provides a lifetime warranty service. In the majority of cases，we will send you replacement parts and you will not need to mail us anything back.
– Cost for shipping and handling of replacement rod segments and tip-sets (top 3 parts) within the United States&Canada is $25.The cost for other parts, such as plugs, is usually $15.00.
International:the product warranty remains the same but the customer must cover the cost of shipping to their country of residence.
– If your rod has broken, You just need to send an email with the subject of “warranty Claim” to service@sunshine-fishing.com (including purchase history and pictures of damaged parts), and we will send you new parts in time.
SF fly rod reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any SF Fly Rod Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.Though we will try to replace rod sections with that same model and color, sometimes we might have to use different colors or components.
